O Table Top Racing World Tour usa configurações e ambientes semelhantes à série Micro Machines, com sua jogabilidade básica semelhante à série Mario Kart. Muito parecido com Micro Machines, o jogador controla um carrinho de brinquedo em miniatura, com trilhas que abrangem vários elementos de uma estrutura maior, como uma mesa de cozinha, uma bancada de garagem, um restaurante japonês e uma mesa de piquenique. Muito parecido com Mario Kart, os carros têm controles simples, semelhantes aos de fliperama.

The Table Top Racing World Tour uses settings and environments similar to the Micro Machines series, with its basic gameplay similar to the Mario Kart series. Much like Micro Machines, the player controls a miniature toy car, with tracks that span various elements of a larger structure, such as a kitchen table, a garage bench, a Japanese restaurant, and a picnic table. Much like Mario Kart, the cars have simple, arcade-like controls.
